About Mohammed Bin Rashid City
Mohammed Bin Rashid City is one of the largest mixed-use communities in Dubai. It is a freehold community meaning that non-citizens and non-residents also have the chance to buy property in it. The project’s anticipated cost is AED 30 billion and was announced by the emirate’s ruler, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, in the year 2012. Modern tourist attractions, a center of recreational activities, the largest mall in the world, a sizable park, a man-made lagoon in the world, and 45 million square feet of freehold land are all included in the development. The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints is a 10-minute drive for the local Christians. The Shiva and Krishna temples in Bur Dubai are just a short 20-minute drive away for Hindu people. The Sindhi Gurdarbar and Sikh Gurudwara are also nearby for Sikh believers.
Schools and Universities
Mohammed Bin Rashid City is home to two schools, both of which are renowned global educational institutions. Established in 2017, North London Collegiate School Dubai follows the International Baccalaureate (IB) curriculum through Year 12. The UK/IB curriculum is used by Hartland International School, which started in September 2015. The Knowledge and Human Development Authority has given both of these local schools a “good” grade.
GEMS Modern Academy, which follows the IB and Indian curricula, is located 20 minutes away from MBR City. The KHDA has given the school an “excellent” grade. Other schools may be found close to Nad Al Sheba and Dubai Silicon Oasis.
Hospitals and Other Amenities
MBR City is renowned for its convenient location; if not within the community’s borders, many essential amenities can be found nearby. Famous facilities are only 15 minutes away in MBR City. These include Emirates Hospital Dubai and American Hospital Dubai. Aster Hospital and Mediclinic Welcare Hospital are two further hospitals close to MBR City.
Due to MBR’s central location inside the emirate, inhabitants have quick access to several important parts of Dubai.
